Amendment no. 4 to RFI-USAID-ES-22-03 Central America Regional Support Services

The purpose of amendment no. 4 is to: 1. Publicize the resources from the Industry Engagement event that took place on November 17, 2022 in San Salvador, El Salvador for the subject requirement, please see attached and 2. Advise Industry to continue monitoring Sam.gov for additional updates to RFP release. The Government does anticipate issuing a draft RFP prior to official RFP release within the next month. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of amendment no. 3 is to issue the attached Special Notice in regard to the Central America Regional Support Services requirement, please see attached. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of amendment no. 2 is to issue the attached updated Special Notice in regard to the Industry Engagement event for the subject requirement, see attached. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of amendment no. 1 is to issue the attached Special Notice to announce the Industry Engagement event for the subject requirement, see attached invitation. This Industry Engagement event is open to all companies/organizations interested in learning more about the upcoming Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) requirement. The agenda may include keynote speakers, and a panelist roundtable discussing high-level objectives of the requirement. Companies/organizations will also have the opportunity to connect with one another, explore team arrangements and subcontracting opportunities. Please note that due to seating limitations, participation in this event will be limited to approximately 100 participants in total. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Prior registration is required, therefore, please provide the information requested in the pre-registration form (see link in the attached invitation). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Management, Office of Acquisition and Assistance, hereby issues this RFI for the purpose of providing industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment and provide feedback on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Central America Regional Support Services IDIQ and to determine if there are capable organizations that can satisfy the requirements, as part of market research. USAID reserves the right to, or not to, incorporate any, some, or none of the comments received from this RFI into any subsequent solicitations. USAID reserves the right to modify the scope and scale of the RFI. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP). Responses to this RFI shall not be portrayed as proposals and will not be accepted by the U.S. Government (USG) to form a binding agreement. This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the USG to issue any solicitation or ultimately an award on the basis of this RFI, or to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
