The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice that it has awarded an urgent and compelling, firm fixed price, Contract for a commercially available off the shelf (COTS) service & technical support agreement for IHS Owned Pharmaceutical Dispensing Systems at Four IHS Health Centers in the Great Plains Area to ScriptPro USA Inc., a small business; Period of Performance will be from Date of Award through December 31, 2020 and each option year to start on the 1st of January of each year and run until December 31st of each year for the Base plus four option year contract; The Contract is to acquire service and technical support services for the ScriptPro Pharmaceutical Dispensing Systems within the four IHS Health Centers; The total estimated value of the Contract is around $387,665.00; Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of agency standardization, data center standardization, and network security; The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
