This is a Special Notice advising interested parties that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking comments on the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) (Attachment 1) for a prospective Integrated Health Program (IHP) activity . USAID anticipates a project cost to range from $63M to $77M over a five year period of performance (o/a March 2016 to o/a December 2021). Please note that this request for comment is the second of several forthcoming requests for other prospective USAID/DRC Health awards.
