RECOVERY – Evaluation of Drinking Water & Clean Water Infrastructure Tribal Set-Aside Grant Programs – Part 1

The purpose of this modification is to obligate $34,826.23 for the award of Work Assignment # 1-24, under EPA contract EP-W-07-028, titled the "Evaluation of Drinking Water & Clean Water Infrastructure Tribal Set-Aside Grant Programs - Part 1". The period of performance for this work is January 6, 2009 to May 5, 2011 and will be performed primarily in Seattle, WA. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain contractor support to perform a process, design, and outcome evaluation, which will determine the extent to which the combined efforts of the two EPA Tribal set aside programs have contributed to a change in access to safe drinking water and sanitary facilities in Indian country. This work will also help ensure that EPA maintains compliance with the Safe Drinking Water Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.
