The Program Manager for Training Systems for the U.S. Marine Corps intends to award a three year (One Base year with two one year options.) on a sole source basis to Vovici Corporation.,45365 vintage Park Plaza, STE 250, Dulles VA, 20166-6720 for Vovici Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) annual software maintenance and update renewal. The government currently has fielded the robust and flexible data collection and survey capability to support acquisition-essential analyses and evaluations of Marine Corps Training Systems. Vovici EFM is a currently-shared capability with Marine Corps Training and Education Command (TECOM) that no longer has the resources to manage both PMTRASYS and TECOM’s data collection needs. Application software will be transferred to a MARCORSYSCOM server. PMTRASYS user licenses on the TECOM server will be transferred to MARCORSYSCOM.
