The United States Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), Infantry Weapons Systems intends to modify an existing contract, M67854-09-P-1020, on a Sole Source basis under statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a) (2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements to Dive Lab, Inc. of Panama City Beach, FL for the following Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items: 875 Combatant Diver Full Face Masks (CDFFM) with associated spare parts in the amount of approximately $132,000.00. Dive Lab is the only authorized distributor for Kirby Morgan Dive Systems, Inc, the manufacturer of the CDFFM with the capability to provide the CDFFM, the spare parts, and conduct maintenance beyond the capability of the Reconnaissance and Amphibious Raids In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA), and to verify CDFFM operation through system testing in pressurized ve! ssels. The base contract was awarded under FAR Part 12 and the modification to the base contract will be awarded under FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541990. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available.
