R -- A-76 Streamlined Cost Comparison Study for Planner Estimator, GSA, PBS, Great Lakes Region, Chicago, Illinois

In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B.1), dated May 29, 2003, this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition on the planner estimator services commercial activity function performed at the General Services Administration, (GSA), Public Building Services (PBS), Great Lakes Region, John C. Klyuczynski Federal Building, Chicago, Illinois. PBS provides for the Federal Government's real property needs by leasing, building and maintaining Federal office space. Government personnel consisting of three (3) commercial activity FTE represent the incumbent service provider located in Chicago, Illinois. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award a contract. Prospective offers are advised that a solicitation will not be issued if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance by Government personnel. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, NO SOLICITATION SHOULD BE ANTICIPATED, AND PROPOSALS ARE THEREFORE NOT REQUESTED.
