M -- A-76 Streamline Study - Administrative Support and Other Environmental Services

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION Administrative Support and Other Environmental Services under Reference Nr. N05CW11 A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health, streamlined competition of the Administrative Support and Other Environmental Services that included but where not limited to reception, communication, meeting arrangements, travel, training coordination, data base entry, courier duties and other administrative services in support of Environmental Services function. NIH has completed a streamlined competition for these services in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On August 24, 2005 the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the agency and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house. Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition.
