Please join us for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS) National Industry Exchange When: Tuesday, November 28, 2023, 10:00AM - 2:30 PM EST Where: Zoom Meeting - link will be emailed This Virtual Industry Exchange will include the following: An overview of GSA’s Facilities Management (FM) program; An overview of the Department of Labor Good Jobs Initiative; A presentation by each PBS region on their forecast of upcoming contract opportunities; Targeted breakout session to focus on building technologies such as water monitoring, automated compliance review, smart sensors, Unified User Interface (UUI) and the National Computerized Maintenance Management System (NCMMS); and Targeted breakout session to focus on the Facilities Engineering Model for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of GSA-controlled buildings, which will also include an industry roundtable from current PBS O&M vendors The panel will attempt to respond to questions submitted in advance at the time of registration and questions submitted during the event.
