Special Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order for a Target Vision System Upgrade for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, August Georgia. The medical center is seeking a content management system (target vision system) for use in the main hospital, that will replace the outdated signage solution. The new system must also have he 22Miles Software application and current VA OIT approval. One Diversified LLC is the sole capable manufacturer, as they have what aligns with the Government s needs. The applicable NAICS code is 561210 with a size standard of $41.5 Million. The PSC is R799. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements per 41 USC §3304(a)(1).
