Base Operations and Maintenance Support Services for the Directorate of Public Works, Fort Lee Va with AbilityOne

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Lee VA intends to negotiate a contract for Base Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support services for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Lee VA, under the AbilityOne program. The O&M support services include the following major functional areas: Buildings and Structures Repair and Maintenance (not including renovation and construction projects under existing JOC or BOA construction projects); Coordination of Utility Systems Operation and Maintenance (not covered under an existing privatization contract); HVAC Systems Operation Repair and Maintenance (not including full HVAC replacement under existing JOC or BOA construction projects); Dining and Laundry Equipment Maintenance; Grounds Maintenance; Surfaced Area Maintenance and U-DO-IT Center Support Services. The Government anticipates the requirement will be placed on the Procurement List by February 2013.
