Commercial Facility Management Services at the Thomas P. O’Neill, Jr. Federal Building, Boston, MA

This is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.201. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has a recurring requirement for Commercial Facility Management (CFM) services at the Thomas P. O'Neill Jr. Federal Building, 10 Causeway Street, Boston, MA 02222. GSA is requesting information regarding the structure and administration of CFM contracts in the commercial market, including the application of options, incentives, repair thresholds. This request is to gather information from interested parties and is deemed essential as part of our collaborative, deliberate planning process for procuring the CFM services. See attachment for description of services, questionnaire, and response instructions. No contract shall be awarded from this synopsis.
