Notice of Intent for Sole Source The National Archives and Records Administration's Acquisitions Branch intends to award a sole source contract to Texas A&M University (TAMU) for Consolidated Facilities Maintenance Services at the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library, which is located on TAMU's property, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-5- Authorized or Required by Statute, 41 U.S.C. § 3304(a)(5). The anticipated award date is 1 June 2013 with a period of performance of 1 July 2013 - 30 June 2014 and four (4) option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210 with a size standard of $35.5M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement that will be considered by the agency.
