The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) is planning to solicit offers for the National Training Center Mission Support Services (NTCMSS) at Fort Irwin, California. The NTCMSS acquisition is a follow-on effort to the Logistics Support Services (LSS) contract. This acquisition is to perform mission support services for the National Training Center's training mission to include the following major functional areas: Petroleum Oil Lubricant (POL) support; Ammunition Supply Point (ASP) support; Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance support; Warehousing support; and Logistics Support Operations (LSO). The Government intends to award a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract using full and open competition. The solicitation and resulting contract(s) will be for one base year and two additional one-year option periods. Estimated performance start date is 1 February 2014.
