R--Intent to Sole Source, located at Fort Lee VA, for the Base Operations and Services Contract

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Lee, Virginia intends to negotiate a Base Operational and Maintenance Support Service contract in support of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Fort Lee VA with AbilityOne. The following requirements are included in the Fort Lee DPW Performance Work Statement: Buildings and Structures Maintenance, Utility Systems Operation and Maintenance, HVAC Systems Operation and Maintenance, Dining and Laundry Facility Equipment Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Surfaced Area Maintenance, U-DO-IT Services and DPW Supply Service (Requisition of Supply Items for DPW Requirements).
