This option to extend services will only be utilized in increments minimally necessary to maintain services until the competition is completed for these services on a new contract. This is a performance-based service contract under NAICS Code 561210, Facilities Support Services. All Star Technical Services, Inc. is currently performing the work under this bridge contract. The O&M services include: work management and scheduling, roads and grounds maintenance, environmental management, pest management, carpentry, sheet metal work, MEDDAC maintenance, glass work, supply and storage, high voltage electrical distribution systems, interior electrical systems, electrical/ electronic control systems, water/sewage/fuel, plumbing services, refrigeration and comfort heating, building services officer, locksmith, and Government furnished property use/ management.
