CONTRACT NUMBER W91QV1-11-C-0039 PROJECT TITLE: Follow-on Bridge Contract for Base Operations and Maintenance at Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), 9410 Jackson Loop, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, plans to issue a Follow-on Bridge Contract for Base Operations and Maintenance at Fort Belvoir, VA 22060. This Follow-on Bridge action is a 100% 8(A) Sole Source Tribal Owned set aside. The purpose of this Follow-on Bridge contract is to allow processing time for the new competed requirement to be awarded as a 100% HubZone Small Business set aside with a base period plus four (4) one year option periods. REQUIREMENT SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all services, materials, plant supervision, labor, and equipment (except that specified as Government furnished) to operate, maintain, repair, and construct real property facilities, including unaccompanied/troop personnel housing but excluding military family housing and provide related services as specified, at Fort Belvoir, VA. The work shall be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The applicable North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS Code) is 561210, Facilities maintenance and management. The Period of Performance (POP) will cover the base period of 1 October 2011 thru 31 December 2011 plus Three (3) one month option periods.
