Z--Synopsis of proposed contract action regarding contract number W911S7-10-D-0010.

The government intends to extend the period of performance of the subject contract for a period of six (6) months with two additional ninety-day option periods beginning on 1 October 2010 and ending on 30 September 2011 if all option periods are exercised. Performance is required to begin on 1 October 2010 and is not negotiable. The subject contract provides comprehensive facilities maintenance and related support to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. to include facilities operation, real property maintenance and repair, facility repair.
