Richardson, AK The contractor shall upgrade Track #1354 on Fort Richardson, Alaska from the current 70AS rail structure to 115 RE rail structure from just south of S1355A at the south end of the classification yard all the way through the classification yard and just beyond the grade crossing at Otter Lake Road after the track passes through the gates and enters Loop Area in accordance with the detailed scope of work dated 3 February 2010 and the addendum dated 8 February 2010.
