--Sole Source Modification for the US Army Garrison-Detroit Arsenal (USAG-DTA) Base Operations and Maintenance (BASOPS) Contract

The US Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) plans to issue sole source extension modifications for the Base Operations and Maintenance Services at U.S. Army Garrison-Detroit Arsenal (USAG-DTA) Contract W912CH-04-C-A507 with TECOM, Inc. The proposed modification of the above referenced contract is a continuation and extension of the work performed by TECOM, Inc. The contract was competitively awarded on 25 November 2003. TACOM-LCMC intends to extend the contract with TECOM, Inc. to allow for the sustainment of services. The period of performance is (1) base period of two months with two (2) option periods of two months each. Award will be made on a sole source basis to TECOM, Inc. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
