--Interim bridge contract for Base Operations Support and Maintenance (BASOPS) for Fort Hamilton, New York

US Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Capital District Contracting Center (CDCC), 9410 Jackson Loop, Suite 101, Fort Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to award on a sole source basis an interim bridge contract to Meridian Management Corporation, 818 North A1A Suite 300, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 3 2082, for Base Operations Support and Maintenance (BASOPS) for Fort Hamilton, New York, for a base period of two months with two-one month options. The period of performance will begin 1 June 2008 and end 30 September 2008. The North American Classification Code (NAICS) 561210 applies. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination by the Government not to compete this interim requirement based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award of this requirement will be under the authority cited in 10 U.S. C. 2304(c)(1) and in accordance with procedures outlined in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(b). A competitive solicitation is currently in the evaluation process.
