In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76, May 29, 2003, this notice represents the formal public announcement and official end date of a Streamlined Competition of the logistics functions performed at the Quantico MCB, Quantico, VA. This Streamlined Competition has resulted in a decision to perform the functions within the agency. A letter of obligation will be issued to the government’s most efficient organization (MEO) consisting of government employees. . Prospective service providers are advised that this public announcement ends the streamlined competition process; therefore, a SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THESE SERVICES.
