Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source 8(a) Procurement to GT Services, LLC, for Temporary Help Services W912EQ24P0035 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer, Memphis District, Contracting Division, intends to issue a commercial services purchase order pursuant to the authority of FAR 19.8 on a sole source basis to GT Services, LLC. This procurement is to be performed for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District Operations Division. The Contractor shall furnish temporary support personnel for the 2024 Mississippi River Commission (MRC) trips and follow-on Revetment Season. The contractor shall provide pilot and engineer personnel services. The proposed action will be a Commercial Firm Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561320 with a Small Business size standard in amount of $34,500,000 dollars. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This notice is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by e-mailing Contract Specialist, Alexandria Duckett at [email protected] no later than 10:00 a.m. Central Time on March 25, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. If potential offerors choose to submit information, past performance, and references regarding capability to perform these services must be provided along with the statement of capability. The Government will not award a contract based on the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. The Government reserves the right not to compete the proposed purchase order based on responses received to this notice. These services may be awarded without further notice.
