Notice of Intent to Award The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract to Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc, 1801 K Street NW, Washington, DC 2006. Requirement is to provide financial and real estate expertise support for the Residential Communities Initiative(RCI) for ODASA (E&P) pending new contract recompete. The main tasks include Portfolio and Asset Management (PAM) process oversight of the RCI program, due diligence in Miami, FL to determine the financial feasibility/desirability of the RCI project for SOUTHCOM, and conducting the RCI on-post resident opinion survey. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price and Labor Hour Contract with a period of performance of 14 Mar 09 30 Sep 09. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT Thursday, 12 March 2009 at 12:00 PM EST. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1.
