R -- R—Public Announcement of OMB Circular A-76 Standard Competition Study on United States Mint Resources Functions

On March 10, 2004 the United States Mint released a formal public announcement and official start date of a competitive sourcing study of the Office of Human Resources services. The draft Performance Work Statement (USM-04-025) was released on March 26, 2004. In accordance with OMB Circular A-7, Paragraph B.3.a and B.3.b of Attachment B, please be advised that the United States Mint has received approval to cancel the Office of Human Resources competitive sourcing study. The human resource functions currently under study are being transitioned to the Bureau of Public Debt’s Administrative Resource Center (ARC), in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
