Additional Need on Existing Order - law enforcement strategies

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to increase the overall value of a sole source purchase order with The Cordero Group, located in Lyndhurst, NJ 07071, for the acquisition of consulting requirements on formulating law enforcement strategies. The initial award was placed on 7/13/2021 under DEA purchase order 15DDHQ21P00000700 for a total of $23,000.00. Due to an unexpected need, DEA will be increasing the existing purchase order’s overall dollar value of this award over $25,000.00. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 561611. The business size standard is $22,000,000.00. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.
