***INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE FOR SPARE PARTS - POLICE CAMERAS*** Estimated Date of Award: MAY 13, 2020 Synopsis: Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, Department of Veterans Affairs, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a sole source requirement to: Trofholz Technologies, Inc. 250 Technology Way Rocklin, CA 95765-1206 The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 561621 with a business size standard of 22M. The proposed contract is for Spare Parts Existing Police Cameras for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by 9:00 am EST May 13th, 2020 for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
