S -- D-OMB Circular A-76: DoDefense Public-Private Competition of custodial activities performed by the DoDEA Domestic Dependent Elem. and Sec. Schools, at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY

In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76, May 29, 2003, this notice represents the formal public announcement and official end date of a Streamlined Competition of the custodial functions performed at the two DDESS locations at the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY. This Streamlined Competition has resulted in a decision to perform the functions within the agency. A letter of obligation will be issued to the government’s most efficient organization (MEO) consisting of government employees and an MEO subcontract (an existing NISH contract). Prospective service providers are advised that this public announcement ends the streamlined competition process; therefore, a SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR THESE SERVICES. The Department of Defense Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Mr. Philip W. Grone, Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Installations and Environment).
