This requirement is to provide non-personal services to furnish convention space, signage, on site security, audiovisual support and other ancillary/logistical support for the Headquarters US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) Training Symposium. The Symposium will house approximately 1900 Army and civilian personnel and be held in San Antonio, TX 25-29 June 2011 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. The Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) intends to solicit and negotiate only with The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996 as implemented by FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source justifications under the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
