--INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO CAREER COMMUNICATIONS GROUP, INC., FOR LEASE OF EXHIBIT SPACE

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Career Communications Group, Inc., 729 E. Pratt Street, Baltimore, MD 21202. The contractor shall provide for rental of exhibit at the Black Engineer of the Year Awards Conference 2009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561920, and the size standard is $6.5M.
