--Notice of Intent to Award Purchase Order W91ZLK-07-P-0495 to Marketing International Corporation

The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with Marketing International Corporation, 2001 S. Edgewood Street, Arlington, VA 22204. The requireme nt is for the rental of a customized fabricated exhibit structure and related support services at Abu Dhabi, UAE on 18 February 2007  22 February 2007. The U.S. Department of Commerce has selected the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) as the official US organization to organize and manage the USA Pavilion in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. AUSA has contracted with Marketing International Corpo ration (MIC) of Arlington, VA as their agent to provide all necessary on-site support services such as exhibit space, exhibit rental and all required on-site logistical support services within the USA Pavilion for all US Exhibitors. As such, MIC is the onl y company that can performed the required services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 561219 and the size standard is $6.5M per year. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 noon, Eastern Daylight Time, January 24th, 2007.
