The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis under Other Than Full and Open Competition by the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Only one responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy Agency requirements. Under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Commercial Items, the General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service (GSA/PBS) intends to make an award to CBRE, Washington, DC under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. GSA/PBS is seeking to renew the Skyspark software application license and ongoing maintenance support for GSAlink which serves as the analytics, fault detection and diagnostics program (or backend). The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The NAICS code is 561990.
