BASE HAZARDOUS MATERIAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price Contract (FFP). Marine Corps Base Hawaii Regional Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Kratos Defense under GSA# GS-10F-0350P. Kratos Defense manages the Base Hazardous Material Management Program and ensures that the installation remains compliant with all EPA, Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This Notice is for informational purposes only. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
