NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS. In accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with the Oglala Sioux Tribe of Pine Ridge Indian Reservation for solid waste landfill fees required by Tribal Ordinance No. 20-08. The BIA, Pine Ridge Agency in Pine Ridge, SD has a need for a solid waste landfill IAW Tribal Ordinance No. 20-08. The period of performance will be from January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. The total estimated dollar value is $ 95,358.69. No solicitation is available, and no technical questions will be answered for this requirement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 562212.
