Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army Natick Contracting Division of the Natick Soldier Systems Center, on behalf of the Product Manager Force Sustainment Systems Directorate (PM FSS), intends to modify the contract synopsized under solicitation #: W91GVY-1145-1047. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. The reason for this modification is to extend the period of performance from April 15, 2012 to June 30, 2012. Additionally, CLIN 0003 is to be added for on-site test support. Contractor shall only invoice for days on site. CLIN 0004 will also be added for travel and per diem cost. Contractor shall submit substaining documentation to support invoice for travel costs.
