W--USPFO of New Jersey Army National Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for portable latrines service in support New Jersey Army National Guard, 50th IBCT Annual Training 2012 exercise in Fort Drum ,NY.

The Contractor shall deliver Hand Washing and Chemical Latrines units, Shower Units and a 1500 Gallon Water Tanks. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervision, labor, equipment, material, transportation, and supplies required to supply and deliver these materials. Quantity of Requesting Procurement: : (1) Portable Latrines required under this contract 80 each (2) portable showers Trailers With hot and cold running water 6 heads 12 each (3) portable sink 4 position heads 4 each (4) non potable water Removal Daily for 17 Days (5) Potable Water Service daily for 17 days (6) (Grey) Water tank 1500 gal 4 each and power source for showering system(s) Scope of Rental/Cleaning Services: The contractor shall provide 80 portable latrines to include Twice daily servicing as follows: - The contractor shall clean and disinfect the interior of the portable latrines, showers and hand washing station and ensure mud, dirt, waste, and trash is removed. - The contractor shall provide the service of removal of non-water borne sewage daily, to include weekends and holidays. The contractor shall replace the toilet paper and soap as necessary. Contractor shall provide Electrical power to the showers - Contractor shall provide emergency contact numbers and points of contact for emergency cleaning and sewage removal.
