The Bureau of Indian Education intends to award sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Sharon Horne, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. It has been determined that Sharon Horne provides a unique post-secondary assessment services for Haskell Indian Nations University’s Records and Information Management (RIM) course series. Contractor will provide: Provide an overall assessment and future planning of the Records and Information Management program. Haskell Indian Nations University, NARA, OST, HLC, tribal entities and private businesses are dependent on the assessment reports to continue the program, provide funding, meet accreditation requirements, and student employment. Scope Complete successful assessments and future planning of the Records and Information Management program which is very dependent on the Adjunct instructor assigned to the program. The assigned instructor has all of the information required and has observed all student learning to complete the assessments and reports as required by Haskell Indian Nations University, Office of Trust Records, National Archives and Records Administration, Office of Special Trustee, and Higher Learning Commission.
