The Regional Contracting Office, National Capital Region, Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Norhthern Virginia Community College, 3001 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, Virginia, for a series of free public concerts in the Washington metropolitan area during fiscal year 2010 for United States Marine Band. The period of performance is 31 Jan 2010 through 14 Aug 2010. This acquisition will be solicited unrestricted. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer.
