--Sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1)to negotiate a contract for a Leadership/Management Development Program for the Huntington District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

This is a sole source procurement IAW FAR 6.302-1 and 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). An approved justification and approval is on file in Contracting Division. The Huntington District intends to negotiate a contract with Marshall University, Elizabeth McDo well College of Business, 400 Hal Greer Boulevard, Huntington, WV for a Leadership/Management Development Program. Contract period will be for a base period of one year with two option periods. The university will provide non-personal services to develop , implement and administer a part-time leadership/management development program for 12 Huntington District Corps of Engineers employees. The program requires the university to provide an initial retreat, classroom training, field trips, individual counse ling sessions for personal growth, participation in scheduled meetings or presentations, a final retreat and a graduation ceremony.
