On Wednesday, June 2, 2004 8:00AM-4:30PM, the Defense Logistics Agency in cooperation with the Department of Veterans Affairs and George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, is hosting the First Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Conference. DLA’s primary role is to provide supplies and services to America’s Military Services worldwide and includes managing over four million consumable items. The purpose of this conference is to introduce and educate Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses with the Defense Logistics Agency and to provide a vehicle for developing relationships between SDVOSB firms with DLA Buying Activities.
