Interviewing Skill and Personal Safety Course

The US Food and Drug Administration {FDA), Office of Finance Budget Acquisition and Planning, intends to award a sole source task order to Watchhouse International, a current contract incumbent; to provide training in personal safety when performing the basic Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C), and related regulations at 11919 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland, 20857. The propose simplified acquisition is for services; the Government intends to solicit and negotiate to only to the current incumbent source. The Government does not intend to compete this proposed simplified acquisition; the determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. FDA does not intend to obtain general information, and FDA will not consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this notice, in determining and conducting the use of a full and open competition for this requirement. No further solicitation is available.
