Notice of Intent to Sole Source -Just Culture Training/Cert & Switching Modeling

The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis Just Culture Training/Certification and Switching Errors Prospective Training and Modeling from Outcome Engenuity, 5048 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 250, Plano, TX 75024. (A copy of the Single Source Justification is attached to this notice. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received NO LATER THAN 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
