Marine Corps Relocation Assistance Program Curriculum and Management Guide Revision

This is a notice of intent for a sole source procurement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open competition (FAR 6.302-1). A solicitation will not be issued. The associated NAICS code is 611430. The Regional Contracting Office, Northeast, Quantico, VA intends to award a sole source contract to Bowen Group, 19 Brixham Ct., Stafford, VA, for a requirement to provide an updated revision to the existing Relocation Assistance Program (RAP) Curriculum and Management guide. Bowen Group is the only source that will satisfy the agency requirement as Bowen Group developed the original Marine Corps RAP Curriculum and Management guide. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any firm that believes that it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the contracting officer. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
