DISASTER OUTREACH CONFERENCE The General Services Administration (GSA), Small Business Administration (SBA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) have teamed to host and conduct the Galveston Disaster Outreach Conference, on THURSDAY, August 31, 2006 The agency representatives will present educational information to the small and local business community to aid in the recovery, relief, and rebuilding of communities in the aftermath of natural disasters. The purpose of the conference is to prepare the small and local business community for the hurricane and disaster season within the Gulf Coast area.
