Increase in On-Board Strength (OBS) in the Operation of the Gainesville Center

THE ACTION DESCRIBED HEREIN IS A MODIFICATION TO AN EXISTING CONTRACT, DOLJ13UA20007 THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR IDENTIFIED BELOW. This opportunity was available only to Fluor Federal Solutions, LLC . under contract number DOLJ13UA20007 . The Employment and Training Administration intends to award a modification in the amount of $84,350.00 to the Gainesville Job Corps Center, operated by Fluor Federal Solutions, LLC. It would have been impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification, since the modification was to an existing Cost-Plus Incentive Fee contract (Cost Reimbursement Contract). The funding is intended to increase the On-Board Strength by allocating additional student slots and expand or reinstate a high-performing Career Technical Training Program identified as a target program in the operation of Gainesville Job Corps Center.
