In accordance with 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Government intends to do a sole source firm fixed price procurement to Institute of Botanical Training, LLC (IBT) to provide a wetland flora workshop for Regulatory Staff, Operations Division. The workshop will consist of four days of field identification of wetland plants in various locations near Indianapolis, Indiana, which will be representative of the plants within the Louisville District boundaries. IBT is the only known firm able to conduct this training, with the necessary knowledge of wetland plants within the Louisville District boundaries.
