Notice of Intent to Award GSA Sole Source - Exploitation Analysis Center Training

Synopsis: This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC) pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, only one source is capable of responding to satisfy the agency's requirements. The US Marine Special Operations Command (MARSOC) intends to procure a 20 day Mobile Training Team (MTT) Exploitation Analysis Center (EAC) for exercise training and support . This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 7:30AM 10 April 2015, EST by e-mail to [email protected]. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
