NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT with National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). NOLS will provide wilderness, survival and leadership training focusing on risk management, team building, and peak performance at Fort Wainwright, AK. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Inf ormation received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued. Note 22 applies, FAR 5.207(f).
