Notice Type: Special Notice Sole Source Bridge Contract III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) Communications Training Requirements on Okinawa and the Pacific Region. This synopsis the Government intends to award a sole source contract to PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS1, LLC. 5500 Cherokee Avenue, Suite 400, Alexandria VA 22312-2321. The existing Contract was provided through Training and Education Command (TECOM) and expires on 20 July 2015. In order to prevent a gap in support of technical training and planning services on site at USMC Communication Training Center-3 (CTC-3) on Camp Courtney, Camp Foster, Camp Hansen, and Camp Kinser for III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), the Government intends to award a sole source bridge (follow-on) contract to PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS1, LLC., until a new Service Contract can be competed and awarded. The period of performance for the Contract will be 21 July 2015 through 20 November 2015. The contract will allow for technical training and planning services on site at USMC Communication Training Center-3 (CTC-3) on Camp Courtney, Camp Foster, Camp Hansen, and Camp Kinser for III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF). The services shall include training material delivery to Marines, training material updates as Technology, Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTPs) are written, and shall support On-the Job training (OJT) to USMC communication personnel. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 611710. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. However, all parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, any requests for the solicitation will not be considered. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government.
