The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a continuing requirement for multi-disciplinary dental services at Naval Health Clinics and associated branch clinics as well as any DoD or Coast Guard Military Treatment Facility (MTF) within the Northeastern United States to include the states of Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia as well as within the District of Columbia. This need will be satisfied by sole source bridges to contracts N62645-10-C-4034, N62645-10-C-4037, N62645-10-C-4036, N62645-10-C-4035, and N62645-10-C-4028 to extend services of the firm-fixed price, personal services contracts. Awards for the extension will be made to incumbents The OMO Group Inc., RLM Services, Saratoga Medical Center Inc., Arora Group Inc. and DPS Inc. on firm-fixed price contracts. Services are required for the period 01 December 2010 through 31 March 2011. These companies are the only known contractors that can provide continuity of care via the four-month contracts with health care workers who have been privileged to work at the aforementioned sites. The lead-time required for an alternate contractor to recruit and hire a replacement staff, submit Individual Professional Files for each health care worker and for the sites to complete the privileging process does not exist prior to 01 December 2010.
